1. Responsible platform use

Use The Startup Mantra only for lawful business, product, and startup execution activities.

2. Prohibited activity

You may not use the platform to produce malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, violate intellectual property, or perform fraud.

3. Abuse and automation limits

Attempting to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls is prohibited and may trigger account restrictions.

4. Founder cloud runtime responsibility

For BYOC execution, you are responsible for securing your cloud account, network policies, and deployment destinations.

5. Enforcement

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access for policy violations, security risk, or repeated abuse patterns.
