This policy explains how The Startup Mantra collects, uses, stores, and protects founder and team data across marketing, account, and execution workflows.

1. What we collect

We collect account details, project inputs, workflow outputs, billing metadata, and support requests needed to operate the service.

2. BYOK and runtime credentials

BYOK and runtime credentials are encrypted at rest and only decrypted in-memory for active execution. We do not expose raw keys in logs or public outputs.

3. How we use data

Data is used to run layer workflows, provide founder outputs, secure access, process subscriptions, and improve reliability.

4. Data sharing

We only share data with infrastructure and payment providers required to deliver the platform. We do not sell founder data.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain operational data only as long as needed for service continuity, legal requirements, and security auditing. You may request deletion via support.
