2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for account security, seat assignment, and all activity under your tenant. Unauthorized use may lead to suspension.
3. Billing and subscriptions
Subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Plan activation, renewals, and billing events are governed by payment confirmation status.
4. BYOK + BYOC usage
Launch plan users may provide model keys and founder cloud runtime targets. You retain responsibility for third-party provider usage and cloud spend.
5. Acceptable behavior
You must not use the platform for illegal activity, abuse, security exploitation, or rights-infringing content generation.
6. Liability and warranty
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. Founders remain responsible for final business, product, compliance, and deployment decisions.
